[1] We will be pleased to provide, free of charge details of costs for our services upon request.
We would not immediately be able to provide a formal quotation until we are advised of all the services/goods and fees required.
[2] Any written estimate given by ourselves, shall if accepted form the basis of an agreement between the parties subject to clauses 1&3 hereof.
[3] Any extra services/goods or fees, which we agree to undertake/supply after the estimate is given, will be charged in addition.
[4] A detailed account will be sent to you five days after the funeral services has taken place. Copies will be forwarded to any solicitor/executor, which is notified to us, as acting on behalf of the estate.
[5] Responsibility for the payment of the account[s], however remain strictly with the individual, who has requested our services.
[6] Terms of payment are as follows:-
[a] All accounts must be paid in full within THIRTY DAYS OF INVOICE.
[b] On all accounts not paid within THIRTY DAYS contractual interest will be added to the outstanding account to the value of 2% per month on the whole of the balance owing from time to time.
[c] Disbursements such as medical reports and certificates, doctor’s fees, church fees, cremation fees etc will be added to the accounts at cost.
